I've come to the conclusion that girls know when they're being stared at.
Incident 1: Whilst in class I noticed a pretty cute girl. Nice face, eyes, hair, etc. She was sitting at my 2 O'clock. I got a nice glimpse of her 3/4 profile, just so that I was able to use my peripheral vision, without turning my head. I check her out off an on until she turns her head around in my direction. I immediately switch my gaze and alt+Q,Q.
Incident 2: While walking on campus I notice a girl with a nice ass from pretty far away, maybe ~100-150ft. I blend in with the crowd and stalk her while keeping my distance. To my disbelief she turns her head around and I alt+Q,Q.
Incident 3: Some friends and I were driving around downtown Portland, OR. I was in the back seat of my friend's car spacing out while they were talking about something else I didn't really care about. The car stopped at a stoplight and I notice a hot girl up ahead on the sidewalk with nice T&A. Thankfully the stopping time was long enough for me to get a really good look at her, from the safety of my friend's car with TINTED windows. My face froze when I saw her turn around and look towards our car. I alt+Q,Q'ed.

fact: Whenever you stare at someone, they will look back at you, time being the only factor. Man, woman, man-woman? anything? has these properties

I was browsing through TL.net like always when I came upon a blog. The title suggested another emo blog where the male writer with 20 feet e-penis complains about a girl he can't get. I open the block and I alt + Q, Q'ed

So I was at the bookstore the other day and this one girl was like the person in front of me. Yeah.
Then of course it was a kind of long line (they were closing so everyone went to the front to pay for things) and there wasn't anything else to do, so I was 'taking interest in my surroundings' if you know what I mean. And I'm pretty sure you do.

So at this time I was still 'taking interest in my surroundings' but it was by this time almost time for me to go pay, I figured I wouldn't even give as little as a hello (and my dad was with me...lol). Like you said, all girls know when people are staring at them. At this point, I saw she was about to turn around, and I didn't want to get caught staring so I quickly thought of a way out of it if indeed I did get caught.
