well, it's really scaring me.
i think there is a ghost in the house

case 1) i woke up at 5 past 8 this morning.
i'm like wtf, i have a home ec practical test and a science theory test today. i wouldnt sleep in.
my alarm was mysteriously shut off.... ugh.
i realised my bus leaves at 8am so i was screwed.

case 2) i turned off my heater and went to take a shower.
when i got to my room after my shower, the heater was turned back on. wtf?

That sucks, though I used to get a lot of those which also freaked me out. Anyone else living with you? Can't really say much other than don't let it get to your head.

Sometimes I am soooo sleepy when I get up that I will turn off the alarm when it goes off and then go back to sleep, and when I wake up, I will be like "wtffff, did the alarm go off?!?!?"

It happens but its rare for me, and sometimes I remember turning it off and then going back to sleep. Or maybe you THOUGHT you set the alarm, but really you forgot to or pushed some wrong button or something.

does your alarm completely reset the time and alarm if the power fails and comes back on? That might explain the clock.

You might just have forgotten to turn the heater off, is it one of those blow heaters that turns itself off when it gets to a particular temperature?... I have forgotten to turn those off and gone to work and come back home and been o_o;;;;;;;

lmao, no such things as ghosts you probably hit a button @ the alarm when you went to bed or during the day, you probably flicked the heater off and didnt properly turn it off, no1 has ever seen a ghost , just "experiences" only proof is seeing one xD

You are very capable of doing things you don't remember while sleeping like turning off an alarm..
One time after a long drinking binge, some zopiclone and a night of watching UFC, I smashed my alarm clock and my toaster into many pieces in my sleep. Woke up with no memory at all.. anyways kind of besides the point but.. You are capable of turning off your alarm in your sleep.

I moved my alarm clock so that I actually have to get up to switch it off, that instantly stopped all the "hey, why didn't my alarm clock go off?" problems.

So that means the ghost in my house is short and can't fly, maybe yours is the same, try putting your alarm clock somewhere high up.

I think you are just so freakishly paranoid that you just thrill yourself up more and more to the point where your mind starts playing tricks on you. "It's ghosts!" is just a normal reaction to things that makes you scared.
