[Q] PS3 on Laptop Screen?

My laptop that im getting (sager np2096) has an hdmi port (not sure if its just output for use w/ TV or not) and i was wondering if i'll be able to play my PS3 using my laptop screen for my monitor?

As far as I know, you should be able to make it work one way or another. If it is only an output port, you might need some kind of hdmi>>dvi adapter (assuming your laptop as the dvi input). But then, I really don't know much about trying to input to a laptop. Good luck.

most likely it is for output...

playing a PS3 on a laptop screen would suck anyway

the ps3 doesnt connect to our tv in our dorm for some reason, besides the laptop screen is way better resolution.

i think u need one of those TV cards. I remember making a thread about playing PS2 on a comp screen, search for it.
