i recommend staying away from creatine, i've seen too many horror stories of guys who took it, and ended up getting bigger -yes- but not cut: bigger as in rounder.

the rest dont help much.. as long as ur diet gets u all ur vitamins, ur body should be working efficiently but choose properly, take into account scoop sizes vs. protein per scoop isolate vs concentrate whey vs egg vs soy vs milk etc. (stick to whey if ur not sure about the rest, soy if u wanna take it before u sleep) theyre good because they absorb fast in ur system, good for pre and post workouts but u still need a proper diet with all ur proteins just go to ur local nutrition food store, hell u can try wal-mart ive seen protein shakes there

I use diet + program and for supplements whey protein, creatine mono, glutamine + animal pak and I am pretty happy with the results. I also get the stuff from bodybuilding.com which is a very nice site overall. My advise would be work on your motivation because without it you won't do anything even with all the supplements. If you've been working out for more than one year...i mean if you are serious you you'll see results in 3, 4 months after that you will want to keep going.

u dont need all these crazy supplements half the bodybuilding magazines and such are scams, you'll even see in their meal plans they have anywhere from 4-6 scoops of protein per day, and usually a $30 protein can wont have more than 30 scoops. dont overdo the supplements, eat lots of milk, eggs, meat, tuna, bread, u know all that good stuff

Creatine is part of the phosphocreatine (or creatine phosphate) energy system of the body. When it absorbs into muscles since it's an ion, water also comes in through osmosis which is the initial weight gain. Basically, what it does is allow quick refueling of ATP during a workout so you can possibly put out another rep or two. This allows more stress on the muscles to give better strength improvements (and mass if you eat enough. ------------------------------------- Make sure your workout, DIET and sleep are optimal. Diet = tons of fruits (specially berries), veggies, eggs, meat, fish, nuts. Eat BIG if you wanna gain weight; eat moderate if you want to maintain & slightly caloric deficit if you want to lose weight. Lift heavy. Whether you want to get "cut" or gain mass this is the way you do it. Stimulates mass increase and increased hormonal response (GH, test, etc.) helps to burn off fat. Add in a circuit/HIIT/tabata/metabolic conditioning session here or there if you so desire. If you still need supplements, go for fish oil and protein powder (whey works). Creatine works for some people and for others it doesn't; I personally don't use it. Everything else if you have extra loads of cash then go for it otherwise I wouldn't touch anything else.

They call it like a "dietary supplement" or something like that. It's just another source of calories/protein/vitamins except they use real shit in it so it tastes better than any whey drink and also has fat.
