Tell her straight up that you don't appreciate being treated that way, that belt color doesn't have anything to do with how well your working or presenting a professional facade, and that you aren't going to work under the burden of her whims (do this all nicely of course). If she responds badly to that, then I would talk to her superiors (assuming you know them already, and complaining about her won't have you come off as a spoiled brat). If all else fails, you really should quit. Working for a petty tyrant like that isn't worth it.
