So recently I have been playing alot of poker on Full Tilt with 50 dollar deposits. I play three tables at a time at the .5/.10 blinds and go in each table with 4 dollars per table (playin short stack!) So in the past few days I have lost roughly 200 dollars. I will do well then just make one or two bad mistakes and lose a few dollars. It will go on and on and i slowly just lose all my money. The longest run of 50 dollars i have had lasted 3 days or so but i still lost it in the end. I play safe, only playing 2 face cards or legit hands like ace ten or a pair of 9s and up. I may be missing something or maybe i just get bored and fuck up.

any suggestions? I will most likely stop but if i do keep playing what are some good things to do?

Either learn to play poker or stop donating. In your case I think shortstacking may actually be helpful because it's damage limitation. A shortstacker who sucks will lose less, a shortstacker who can play will win less. That's why every good player advises against shortstacking, but whatever, if you're going to lose money I guess it's better to lose it slowly.

Want to play some heads up? I can put some money on full tilt if you're interested. A single good streak will get you back to zero

You can only succeed if you love what you do.
It took me about 5 attempts and about 3 years before i finally started loving the game(and not the cash). And when i did, i started doing somewhat well=)

Its fun to win money and its fun to play safe and just do well. and when i say play when i get 2 face cards i mean i call or raise, not fold.. should i only play when i get a pair of 2 face cards or what? lol

Quit playing outside your bankroll. Only stakes you can manage with a $50 bankroll is .01/.02, so looks like you need to switch to Pokerstars

Definitely read LiquidPoker (the articles section especially) and do your best to play straight-up. Trying to get fancy with players who will call you almost all the time is just going to make you lose money.
