What I meant is my Wireless must be on since the ICON is green.
However, it says that wireless network not available <-- This is what i'm confused about because my DSL is on.

Edit: this post wasn't a joke, doing this will restart or start windows' 802.11 adapter and hopefully solve your problem
You are connected to your router, and can access the Internet, correct? If so, the fact that your router isn't showing up your network is weird, but may be due to some security settings. Some routers require you to punch in it's wireless ID in order to connect to it. Type the following into your browser:
192.168.0.1
It should bring up an admin page where you should be able to change security settings. If you don't know the username/password, try 1) leaving username/ password blank 2) username admin/ no password 3) username admin/ password admin
