The Blue Man - A Dream

A few months ago my friends and i were talking about recent dreams that were pretty weird and stuff and I remembered a dream i had when i was probably 5 or 6 years old. A dream that scared me so fucking much i still remember it 12 years later, gawd it still gives me shivers when I think about it.

any who this is how it went

My friend Shane who lived right next door to me invited me over to play at his house. I was reluctant at first to go because he had this great big dog that scared the living shit out of me, but seeing as his mom always made good cookies and playing with Shane was good fun i went anyway. A soon as i set foot inside his yard i noticed that something wasn't right. It merely took me a few seconds to realize that this time i wasn't greeted with great booming barks maybe they had sold the dog i prayed to myself silently. Shane's yard was quite big and we use to have many adventures such as hunting dinosaurs and saving cowboys from dirty Indians. The old dog house in which Shane's dog spent the majority of its time (when it wasn't harassing neighbors with its frantic barking) was gone and so was the great rusty peg on which his leash was anchored to the ground with. Laughing to myself in jovial wonder, i ran the rest of the way to Shane's door step where i reached up and pressed the door bell. As usual Shane's mother admitted me into the house with a hearty Whats up David and a pat on the head. I could smell cookies in the oven! Could my fortune be any better. Shane and i spent most of that afternoon watching his brother play Mario brothers 3 on nes (hip new game in that time). I was enjoying myself thoroughly for i loved watching Shane's brother beat up Bowser. I remember i asked where the dog was but no one answered let alone looked at me. I tried a few more times but the results did not vary. As the time passed Shane boredom grew and he asked me if i would like to play hide and seek. I, of course said yes seeing as this was one of my favorite games. Shane was to be the first one to count so i ran off in search of a good hideing spot. I ran off to Shane's bedroom where he had a great big wardrobe that was perfect for hideing in (no Narnia unfortunately) I was about to go in when i remembered that this was where i usually hid when playing hide and seek. This will not do i told myself grimly. If the game was to last i had to find a place where none of us had ever hidden in. Shane's mothers bedroom was out of bounce, a perfect hideing place. I ran out of Shane's room and sprinted down the hall to his mothers closed door. I took a quick look behind me to make sure no one was looking and i opened the door as quietly as i could. As soon as it was open i rushed in and closed the door in back of me. Shane's mothers room was big and dark with lots of strange objects and books laying on shelves and what not but this was not what surprised me upon entering this new "environment". A putrid smell emanated from Shane's mothers bed. It was soo strong and rancid it seemed to hang on to you as if it had a corporal mass.A perfect place to hide. i made my way towards the bed and crouched down to crawl under ( at this pint in the dream i was pretty scared and i remember thinking to myself ohh noooo dont hide there pleas any where but there) It was a snug fit but a great hideing spot. Although the smell was overwhelming and i was starting to feel sick, i couldn't help but giggle as i heard Shane calling out my name, telling me that the game was over. A few more minutes i thought happily. As Shane's yelling grew louder and seemed to have taken a tone of worry i decided the joke was long over and the time had come to leave this fantastic hideing spot. For some reason or another i decided to exit the bed from the other side ( the side opposite to the one i entered by). i turned around smiling to myself and started to crawl out of the bed. That when i saw it. The source of the smell. Right there before me (and in back during all that time) lay the corpse of the so much feared family dog. It was all rotten and maggots were crawling in and out of its eyes and ears. I remember that its skin was half ripped off and that bones were sticking out of its back. It looked like it was grinning at me

. need less to say i gtfoed asap. I ran back home without saying good buy and shut myself in my room. I was so scared i refused to come ot or speak when Shane and his mom came to my place to ask what was wrong.As if the didn't know :@. Any ways i started to relax and i finally fell asleep (thats right i was dreaming of me sleeping :D). I did not sleep for long. I was awaken by a soft tapping on my window. At first a shrugged it off but it came again and again. Always the same tapping. Getting angry i got up and walked over to my window where the shades were down. Rolling my eyes i pulled the shades back. Standing before my window staining it with a fist drenched in blood as it knocked ever so softly, stood a tall humanoid figure. Its skin was completely blue and it wore nothing (it had no genitals. Its eyes were white and it had little green triangles below them. It smiled to me with its its tooth less mouth and pointed to its feet. For some reason i got closer so i could see. Laid before him was Shane's dog. The source of the blood on the blue mans hand (it had no fingers or toes) I backed away in fear and the blue man tilted its head ever so slightly to the left and smiled at me again. It reached down and picked up the dogs corpse and lifted it above its head. Then still smiling at me without saying or producing a sound. It broke the dogs back over his head. Blood gushed out from the animal and drenched the Blue man. It was still smilling as it started smearing the blood on my window using the dogs limbs as a paint brush.

Any ways at this point i was fucking scared and i woke up. I didnt sleep well for a week

any ways i remember when i told this story to my friends they thought it was pretty funny. I remember at Our Band Practic Pwntrucci[sR] and Makankosappo bothered my the whole night about how the blue man was under the bed and he was watching me while i slept
