And athletic shoes suck too. Skate shoes and vans slip-ons/authentics only! Running in Skate shoes is like running in real shoes anyway.. Just tighten them.. and i dont have a small foot plus i have flat feet so i would know.. Running in skate shoes, you will be able to go neither as far nor as fast as in running shoes. But then, if your goal is just to exercise or something, and not go as far and fast as you can, I guess it doesn't matter if it doesn't hurt. But for me, and many other people, running in those kinds of shoes is a bad idea. They have bad cushioning and bad stability. Plus, no ventilation, who likes sweaty feet? | ||
