the cheaper LCDs suffer from banding in the backlight, and sloppy black levels. As for the westinghouse TV you get what you pay for its among the cheapest TVs and the image quality reflects the price. Samsung offers a 32 1080p "gaming" TV. *edit: btw burn in is no longer an issue and hasnt been for quite awhile make sure you buy a TV made in the past 2 years and you will be fine. | ||
