Buying a LCD/Plasma TV

I am currently looking for a TV to buy to bring to my dorm this semester (1st time staying in a dorm). I'm looking to spend under $400 on a TV that goes to at least 720p is is at least 20 something inches. So far I've checked newegg, microcenter, best buy, and some others, and this is the best one I've found:

Any site suggestions for me to check? Is this TV crap? Is this is the wrong place to ask?

LCD Ftw, dont buy plasma, it burns out the image into your TV if you keep it on the same page too long

Its perfect if your ganna have it in your room

if you get something 40+ inches get a plasma, pioneer/panasonic are good plasma makers, and Sharp Toshiba Sony are the better LCD TVs
the cheaper LCDs suffer from banding in the backlight, and sloppy black levels.

As for the westinghouse TV you get what you pay for its among the cheapest TVs and the image quality reflects the price. Samsung offers a 32 1080p "gaming" TV.

*edit: btw burn in is no longer an issue and hasnt been for quite awhile make sure you buy a TV made in the past 2 years and you will be fine.
