How do I get rid of AIM search?

kdog3683 United States916 Posts July 14 2008 21:26 GMT #1 On my mozilla window, after I dl'ed newest Ver of AIM, it also installed aim toolbar + AIm search. I got rid of the aim toolbar, but the AIM searched stayed. How do I revert back to my old google search?

Wizard Poland5055 Posts July 14 2008 21:45 GMT #3 tools -> addons -> uninstall whatever it is then if google search is not back, go to view -> toolbars -> customize -> and drag google search back in

.kaz 1963 Posts July 14 2008 23:52 GMT #4 If it was installed with AIM, it might be a program, so go to your control panel, Add & Remove Programs, and go down to where AIM is, look for AIM Toolbar or AIM Search. If you can't find them there, go into the AIM folder in program files, or wherever you installed it too, and look and see if you can find it there and delete it. Or their suggestions might work, not sure~
