When I saw this van, I just knew that I had to start a blog just for it.
This was the most random and most epic picture I've ever taken:

I took this picture while me and my wife were strolling the busy streets of Divisoria* in Manila last Sunday. First time I've seen a van with "mantoss" all over it and having WTF as a license plate. I was lolling for a good 5 minutes there.
Lastly, while viewing the image I saw that the date on my camera was improperly set to 3 November (3-11 on the license plate). This must be some divine providence urging me to play SC again and make the switch to protoss.
* Divisoria is a basically an area in Manila (Philippines' capital) where they sell anything under the sun (but more geared towards clothing/textiles) for cheap prices. If you know your way, you can haggle for even a fourth of the marked price. Here is the only online description I can find: http://www.wcities.com/en/record/62,220402/186/record.html

This was definitely not staged. I wasn't too surprised with the "art korea" part since the vehicle was korean made (I think a "kia") and there are a lot of surplus vehicle parts coming from korea/china here.
I actually noticed the wrong date on the picture only after I finished uploading the image to imageshack. At first I was hoping 3-11 was Reach's birthday so I looked up the info in TLPD.
So to answer your question, no it definitely wasn't staged. I really do not like to blog since I hate writing but I just had to create one for this.

seems photoshopped, u can barely read license plate and mantoss seen so clear. Plus theres 3 of them. Its photoshopped, and date on a picture? u just posted this after like 8 months? seems unrealistic but w/e.
edit: u notice how all 3 O's in the mantoss missing a piece and completely identical?

Sorry to bump this but I just had to reply to this message.
No, it was not photoshopped. The license plates were "unclear" because it was reflectorized and the flash from my camera was reflected making it brighter than the background. All the mantoss-es have missing bits in the O's because it was part of the lettering design. You would also notice that all the A's were also missing the "dash" making them all look like inverted V's
