Hi, I'm April, aka Niji. I'm really looking for some extra input on how I can improve my play with zerg. I'm not really asking for anyone to take an extreme amount of their time from their schedule for me; no more than but a few minutes a day...
My stats last season for iccup were 68-125 C- rank. I got to the point where I could beat a good majority of D+ players, but had trouble with the C- ranks.
What I am looking for is one or more people who play mainly on iccup server, and have C rank or better knowledge of zerg. I mainly want someone who can watch my replays, learn my weaknesses, and tell me what I need to focus on improving, one aspect at a time. Also someone who can encourage me to game a lot when I get lazy (maybe giving me some goals to go for) and who can support me even though I suck terribly.
I've tried to improve for many years and I think it would help if I had someone else to assist me. One of my goals is to become a known female gamer for her skills, but it's so hard when you don't have any skills. D:

I'm a protoss player around your skill level. I can't coach you about zerg, but if it means anything I'll be willing to play a few pvz's against you, and point out some flaws in-game to let you know what you can improve on, provided that you try to do the same to me :D.

You'll be great. Like one day a month I play 10 games or so but other than that I just don't, I'm so lazy I don't do anything beyond what is required (school) if it takes any efforts, even if it's completely recreational. Watching Vods takes no effort  . So I'm pretty sure with determination and whatnot you'll get better. GL HF!

I'm currently abandoning my east f-list for mass gaming iccup, so I can help. I was C+ in the TSL season, I play zerg but I also PvZ and TvZ. "Slayer" on iccup.
I'm in GMT time zone and if you're in north american i'll be 5-8 hours ahead of you so you'll only find me if you're on in the afternoon or abouts. Just message me whenever I'll watch some replays or 1v1 or whatever.

Niji, for the next month or so I will be on iccup exclusively while at lab because I am too lazy to bring a legit copy into this computer. details here.
Most likely 10am-6pm GMT, so that's 5am-1pm EST, might not match up with your hours, but hey if you see me around let me know. My gameplay may be complete shit (D+/C-), but I havent watched like 3000 progames for nothing I'd like to think X__X.

See if you can get chill, or possibly ret to be nice and either give you replays to study, and or games. Yes there are other people who can help as you have seen the offers here, but speaking from experience playing with chill, he can give you alot of insight into the game, and well, ret is ret.
Yes there are other people here who are able to give you advise, but those two would be a good start.
Note: Also post replays of games you play on occation where your needing specific help and you will get alot of feedback as well.
I would offer to play but well, i've stopped playing sc to ever be worth teaching anything and i dont have iccup haha.

Just ask him politely, he doesn't bite. If he helps or not depends on him, but don't be afraid to ask him.
