Hahahaha  I would agree with Niji, don't ask her DURING the actual job. If you two sometimes get off work at the same time, that would be a good time to ask how she would like to go out sometime. | ||

Instead i suggest you ask her like this, "I'm going to the mall tomorrow, you should come". By saying it this way, it at least makes it look like that you have a life, and not desperate or needy for her, and you'll go to the mall with or without her, giving her the message that you're independent. Plus its easier for you to ask it this way, and easier for her to answer as well. She can easily say "no i'm busy" without feeling like she rejected you, and you're not really asking her to go out with you, but if she wanted to she can. | ||

Well what yang said is pretty str8...But also it can backfire on you and she can be like "Really you have nobody else to go to the mall with? What a loser life you have!" Just be straightforward about it, I mean shit if you have the girls attention enough during work I am more then likely sure you can take her out...Do you have the girls number yet? If not I am sure you can get it as soon as you ask for the date... MEH imo I don't talk to co-workers just for the fact if it doesnt work out it can be awkward times around the work area...There's this 30 year old chick (im 22) around my office that was chasing me for like the first couple of months she started....I then just gave in and asked for her number and then totally blew her off by not calling her in a timely manner...I made it seem like if my life was too busy to involve her...She then gave me a cold shouldered for about 2 weeks and now I believe she regrets it...She tries so hard to spark up a conversation with me, but now I give her the cold shoulder...Too many bitches in the sea to be dating one at the workplace is what im trying to get at...
