I've never seen any Star Trek movies, but they're supposedly pretty good (the older ones at least). There's Men In Black (then again it's a comedy, so not sure if that's what you're looking for). Also you can check here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_films_featuring_extraterrestrials Skimming through that list, it doesn't seem as if there are many movies matching your standards =/ Edit: Oh shit, how could I forget E.T: The Extra-Terrestrial! then again you've probably already seen that...
