Ok, so first week is over (from last Wednesday to this Wednesday). I decided to update weekly because daily without hot girl pics would be spam. (notice I also used "week X" not "day x" in the title for all those disappointed last time...) Overall I think for a start it was fine. I did: - run 3x 3 km - 3x 20 pushups everyday (once b4 school once after school, once b4 sleeping) - did some exercise with my weights everyday. - changed my habit of drinking soda to water - started to feed myself with rice...
What can I say was a success? That I didn't get any cramps in the morning after working out. So I'll continue this for another 51 weeks and see what this will give me. Peace out.

Yea dodging the soda will help alot. I jog 3 miles about 4-6 times a week and lift weights 3x10 reps twice a day...But i'm lazy...I eat everything i can get my hands on thou as well...Maybe I should switch over to Special K lmfao!!! Get me a trip to mexico with RaGe...
