It's 10:30 AM and a vacuum in the hall outside just woke up me up.


So, now I eat a banana and make this post(IN THE NUDE). Also, am taking my adderall and jumping in the shower to wake my ass up.

Actually I paced back and forth for about 5 minutes, and then dropped a deuce.

Then shower.



10:50 -

throughout the entirety of my shower, I couldn't stop singing "im fucking Matt Damon".

I watched that guy interview him on "inside the actor's studio" last night. Man Matt Damon is cool.


10:55 -

im now choking down my morning "shake", which is actually just a fruit juice blend, with 3 emptied raw egg yolks(yes i physicall empty them), 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and about 1/3 cup of sugar. mmmmmm it tastes gross. woah and apparently it triggered a 2nd dump, brb

ugh almost threw up drinking it
man im gonna need to invest in some orange juice

11:10 -

took a whole food multivitamin, then did 10 slow bodyweight squats with the best form i could muster, and then the following dynamic stretches:

20 neck circles each way
20 shoulder circles each way
20 hip circles each way
20 ankle circles each way

1x20 arm swings
2x9 knee raise
2x9 leg raise
1x20 arm cross front/back
2x9 quad squeeze
2x9 back kick
2x16 trunk twists
2x16 side bends
2x9 side leg raise
2 x hip stretch 30 seconds

technically im still in the process of doing these. meanwhile im listening to
over and over

took my joint supplement (and i don't mean weed)

11:40 -

ok im very hot now. time to do my balance drills.

5 different exercises i have to do. 5 reps each, per leg. each rep super slow. doesn't take long tho

11:55 -

ok im now way sweaty so i go take shower #2 for the day.

but before i jump in, gonna drink half a cup of water mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar

12:05 -

what a pleasant cool shower.
sadly, it appears that the small patch of poison oak i got on my arm almost a week ago has, instead of disappearing, moved over to my other arm and now occupies both of them. ugh

anyways, i shall now go grab 3 carrots to snack on

12:15 -

time for a half hour session of poker. low stakes. i think ill play something like 2/4 FL hu.

12:40 -

ok i stopped. i made $26.50. yay.
meanwhile these carrots are taking FOREVER to eat.

12:50 -

checked a couple forums i check. gonna turn on the T.V. and kill 10 minutes

1:00 -

I was going to walk to the gym and do my stuff there, but it's pouring rain outside. So I think I will flip channels through the T.V. for up to a half hour in the hopes that it will stop.

1:15 -

Ok, it's stopped raining as hard so im gonna make my protein/sugar drink, grab my rock climbing shoes, and head to the gym.

2:45 -

cold walk back from the gym. I had a good workout though. used stationary bike or 30 min, according to the machine "12.8 miles".

then went up the rock wall 5 times. did good, cleared a new route. yesss

time for shower #3. mmmmmm rock climbing felt really good today

3:00 -

drinking a cup of "super food". gonna kill some time browsing forums and digg

I decided im not gonna do any punches or kicks today, as I am running low on food and have 0$. (im waiting for a 2k check to arrive from pokerstars)

3:25 -

at a handful of brazil nuts while watching this like 3 times



3:45 -

starting up 4 $16.50 turbo sngs on pokerstars.

4:20 -

I got taken to bad beatsville. Hard. lost all 4, the last 2 both in 4th place both on bad beats. god poker is gay

am high now. perfect time to make broccoli go into my stomach
eating about 1.5 cups worth

man vegetables take absolutely forever for me to chew up

im sitting here watching flight of the concords videos on youtube. omg, so hilarious. also, im still eating this broccoli. seriously like one bite takes 5-10 minutes to chew.

I am about to start my evening stretching. I am doing the following:

i went and got some ice for my cooler. i am now eating 2 carrots. am having some random amusing thoughts.

im so ridiculous. i peel my carrots with my mach 3 razor, i use old blades.

I own almost nothing, I'm totally different from what I was like 2-3 years ago. Life is straaaaaaaaange

9:00 -

I found some dimes so im gonna walk to the store to buy some chocolate milk.

10:00 -

turns out that when my adderal runs out, im gonna stop doing this for the day.

it doesn't really matter


some people say that eating too much table sugar can lead to diabetes, but it isn't a problem if you're active enough that you burn it all away anyways.
