for w/e reason its fairly common practice. People on GG.net rate all the replays a "1" for no reason. Often without even watching it. Its like vandalizing without the chance of being caught so they dont care or w/e... pretty pointless and lame.

Anyways I enjoyed your ICCUP rant.. havent read others.
