Dang even skinnier than me, well maybe about the same . If you can stay motivated with running every day, you'll be in great shape. I'm not sure about doing the same mileage every day +1 every week though. Usually you want to mix in longer runs and give yourself a short one the next day.

eat lots of healthy food and make sure you do weights, pullups and pushups are not enough to target each of your muscles.

As a side note, I find that being healthy and staying healthy has a lot to do with the choices you make outside of what you see as your 'exercise routine'. Things like walking somewhere instead of driving, going for a bike ride instead of watching a movie, etc. Eventually this kind of decision making becomes habitual. I dunno, I guess people are just so lazy these days cause they can be.

If you don't run regularly that much of an increase in running could cause injuries, just be careful.

Nice good luck, might wanna take your running at a slower pace, increasing one mile a week is alot, perhaps like 1/4 or maybe 1/2.

Very true about the posters at top about running. If you haven't ran in a while you should run a short distance and keep extending it little by little each time you work out.

6'0 175...you kids must be sticks.

I've started doing something similar as well, running 2~3 miles a day (well i was till school started, need to stop being lazy) and some ab work. Gonna start lifting again after school probably too, need my upper body to get back into shape, i probably lost like 20 lb on my bench over summer. Also havent squated in forever T_T
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?

yea, be careful about starting to run that much out of nowhere. Make sure you are running on a flat surface. ( or close to flat.) Make sure you stretch out good before and after;/

You need to get into the gym and take up a low rep/high resistance workout regime. You're already skinny as hell so you need to go bulk up. Fuck running when you're already that thin, get into the gym and put some muscle on them bones:D

Yeah I don't think running is going to be the best thing because you'll really strain muscles that aren't used to it. Also some people who run very consistently do tend to have joint issues in their knees later in life.

I'm pretty similar. 6' and 135 lbs. I've just begun doing consistent lifting. Hope I can stick to it. Good luck!
