Will I change that? Maybe, maybe not.
I'll probably start posting more this summer, because when you balance senior year of high school, college/job applications, and competitive video games, that doesn't leave as much time as I would have liked. (Admittedly, there were a bunch of times where I could have written but I either forgot or just wasn't in the mood.)
Anyways, how are you guys? I'd like to think I've been doing super well recently, which is great because over the summer I was dealing with my own mental health issues - I'd rather not get into those, but it wasn't great. I've been going to a local Smash weekly at the local mall, which allowed me to make friends, play offline, (online mode sucks booty cheeks), and more importantly, get Chinese food at the food court.
I know I mentioned that I was at Shine 2018, which I also went to the year before, but what I haven't mentioned is that I also went to another tournament in New Jersey called Let's Make Moves. Both of those places were great because I met up with people who I had previously only talked to online, which was kind of surreal because I had to wrap my head around the fact that they were real people. Leaving was really hard, I wanted to hang out with them more

Of course, I still have stuff that I hope to be going to later this year. Here are my current plans, tournament-wise (technically not confirmed for any of these, and of course it may change):
- CT Gamercon 3 (March 23rd)
- Let's Make Moves Spring (I don't remember the exact date, but I know that it's sometime in April)
- April Annihilation 2019 (April 12-14, I'll probably have to choose between this and the previous one)
- Defend The North 2019 (July 19th-21st)
- Shine 2019 (August 23rd-25th)
Anyway, that's all for now. Hopefully I'll see you guys soon!
~David
