suppose there were five hundred million universes before our universe. and each one was corrupted by people were smoking too much opium. each universe eventually died a horrible and impossibly long death of trillions of eons as it was gradually drained of all life by an opium addict.
finally because of the shear complexity of five hundred million universes, each with its own merit (prior to being destroyed by an opium fiend)... the result was that the universes couldn't really die.
instead, the universes manifested here on earth in our universe. now the destructors of the other universes are famous opium fiends whose powers exist in our world as well. the opium fiends are just avatars for supreme rules of other universes which have long since collapsed--their grandeur finally sucked away completely.
our universe and the planet earth are just the thinnest, thinnest slice representing the intersection of all the other universes ruled by opium fiends. essentially the bare bones causation of our world represents "the worst of all worlds". if all the other universes hadn't died screaming horrible deaths of the most painstaking complexity, we would never have developed life on earth.

you'll know you're in the real world when the real world looks like dota. as long as you're trapped in the brood wars it means you're not in the real world. only dota is the real world. but how can you know what dota is unless you've been to dota?
dota is like the real world if humanity had never happened. since the intro to humanity's earth was almost 8,000,000,000 years, and humanity's earth has been around 125,000 years it is easy for anyone to consider themselves part of dota. the brood wars are the universes of opium fiends, cocaine fiends, and vladmir putin which identify with these avatars.
most of the time we are not in the dota universe, but no one knows why that is true. what is clear is that the cosmological build-up of 20,000,000,000 years and the earth history of 8,000,000,000 represent a desperate escape plan. only this preparation could yield the necessary structure to defeat the brood wars and bring dota.

i followed these instructions and was left with the certainty our universe is the real universe. it is clear you can transcend the consciousness of your body and become a supreme consciousness in tune with "the multiverse".
there's no reason to suppose the multiverse is god or that it works properly. since earth and the earth universe just represents our best attempt to create dota and end the brood wars it probably doesn't work properly. after a short time your consciousness will descend back into earth causation and you'll be ripped apart spraying liquid feces and eructation everywhere for several hours.
it is as though your life was an equation and you integrated the equation infinity times. finally you made a single derivative condensing all infinity of the integrals into one derivative. now i am exactly the same as before but ten years younger.
edit: the 6 hours of double lotus makes a big difference. it's like taking 6 hits of hash at once two times right before you take your shot. that way the effects are millions of thousands of hundreds of times more potent. it also can't be traced to the government because the government smokes weed.

lol i am not timothy leary. it is actually depressing to look back on history and see some if not many of our important drug-cult religious leaders are misleading. actually i sometimes think the only useful religious leader from the so-called 60s era was ram dass.
leary, adi da, and even robert anton wilson seem like misleading chobos these days. most of the work ends up condensed as opium (which is just what it represents as game theory). but there are still some non-opium dictators in the northern hemisphere--specifically like vladmir putin who demonstrate opium isn't the only broadcast entropy.
what it is really is in accordance with what i said in the OP. a variety of different "possibly functional" universes collapsed to begin our universe. there's no reason to suppose that there wasn't time pressure in the deconstructing of the other universes. it's just enough to assert that there probably was time pressure in the sense that the captain goes down with the ship.
but you can see in russia, for instance--which is my favorite example currently.. that if a fairly "perfect universe" did eventually collapse it would leave a lot to work with.
i see timothy leary and many of the other LSD gurus as war profiteers from very sophisticated universes collapsing. there really don't seem to be many perfect drugs--as in not many drugs other than maybe weed actually help with moral improvement. since a variety of drugs exist it's surprising they don't yield more useful ethical theories--which is really what you would want from a drug--to be useful you'd need an expansive universal architecture...
that said ethical theories haven't advanced much in the past several hundred years since kant. so the drugs really don't help much--even though in the right hands they could. richard alpert (ram dass) who was at one point timothy leary's colleague turned out pretty well really but it wasn't because of his early career with LSD.
i write a lot about ethics and morality in my book which will be the first major advancement in this area in several hundred years--at least from what i can tell. most ethical advancement on drugs seems to come in the empirical form. so in a way the drugs do work in advancing our moral environment. but leary, adi da, wilson, and many others weren't really interested in protesting anything as being unethical.
people never want me to comment on satanism or christianity... but actually both processes are fairly explicable
if you were a proud citizen of a collapsing universe being devoured by (anyone) though perhaps particularly a war-profiteer you'd probably become a satanist of some nature before the end of all things, lol
on the other hand the proud last stand of the stalwart satanist isn't going to be the end of the causal chain of events. once the matrix or skynet or timothy leary or vladmir putin have taken the universe away from its government (lotr style) or its satanic dying gasp (dark tower style) by that point there will almost certainly have spawned a new universe.
and so there's the christian causal-chain as the flipside of the satanist coin. eventually a new universe like ours will spawn with the various resistances against the old collapsing universe and whatever process eventually consumes it.
obviously we can't tell the people who are specialized in satanism that they can't practice satanism. they're free to go back into the collapsing universes as much as they want and do whatever it is they are able to do in those collapsing universes. if you had a big stake in a collapsing universe you might represent a sort of satan in that universe almost indefinitely until something happened to improve the position of that universe.

the actual power level of some drug-abuser like timothy leary is way way higher than someone like the equivalent saudi arabian dictator throughout the life of leary.
yes, the saudi dictator is in a different machine (which is for most intents and purposes less powerful)...
but the actual power-level entropy or waste of leary is quite considerable.
it's not all that different from GDP... like saying leary represented a significant sector of "commerce" in the united states which not everyone was privleged to participate in.
then the united states GDP is like 20 trillion and leary and his quite privledged colleagues represented a significant fraction of it.
while saudi arabian GDP is like .6 trillion (or a very small fraction of the USA GDP)....
but this is just comparing two machines--why does one continue to exist with its barbaric practices while the other continues to exist with more technologically advanced practiced?
