Unleash the boss's ultimate!
NEO Impossible Bosses is a RTS-MOBA RaidBoss rush. In summary, you (and your allies) have to utilize a number of heroes to defeat the Impossible Bosses! You might have heard of something similar in one of the custom maps fond in Warcraft3 and Starcraft 2, called 'Impossible Bosses' made by Psyris. However, it had its limitations in it's multiplayer-only experience, one of which was that the quality of random pubbies you got matched with would limit your experience.
I'm attempting to make a more single-player friendlier version to escape such confines, first by implementing a Real Time Tactical Pause mechanic in which you can pause and still give orders to your units for their next move, and secondly by allowing players to attempt any boss in a non-linear fashion.
There's also another issue regarding my current unit controls. In this day and age where the control schemes of games tend to move away from multiple unit control to single character control, others have told me to reduce it such that players control a single unit, but I'm not convinced. I still embrace the idea of multiple unit control because it gives me more options in gameplay, even though it demands much more of the player.
