I was going to learn how to sing this and then pick it up on guitar, but the keyboard cover turned out to be way more fun. All of my work is heavily influenced by power metal, so I decided to cover an actual power metal song and see how it came out:

The original Kamelot single:

It stays mostly true to the original version, although there's a few parts where I cut the instrumentation for variety (this song has 4 choruses in 4 minutes, which doesn't translate to a very interesting instrumental), and added a couple of my own improvisations and flairs throught the piece.
Enjoy!

Actually learning drums at the moment so I won't have to cross hill and dale to find someone who can play double bass drum for me everytime I want to record a metal song.
I highly recommend the original though. I picked this song in part because it's the kind that I can listen to for 100 times and not get bored (which helps when recording the same part over and over). Assuming you ever need something catchy and powerful to listen to.
