If you find that provides relief and your thoughts are more focused and less on suicidal ideation, you can consider seeing how things go before contacting a psychiatrist. Best of luck!

QuanticHawk United States32083 Posts October 21 2015 14:18 GMT #22 mental illness is often described as a silent disease because a large number of them youd never know without being told. sometimes with that and other things (addiction etc) acknowledging you need help and vocalizing that is the first step to recovery and pretty liberating still talk to a mental health professional asap. they can give you better ways to bring this up to family/friends

outscar 2832 Posts October 25 2015 09:17 GMT #23 That's abnormal if you think about it for no reason. You need to have a scan of your brain, something like SPECT. A good expert will check out regions of your brain and tell you what to do to increase/decrease activity of damaged place. I think some medicament will repair your thoughts.
