Hah! That castle reminds me of the anime my old roommate favors.

It's so hard to choose but this is one of the best.

That really is a good castle. I try to play Chess & it's a pretty simple game in theory but to get to that Kasparov point of skill development takes a LOT of practice & training.

We actually spent the night and got high on the top tower of this castle: + Show Spoiler +

Well I have to give a shout-out to my local castle seeing as it's about 10 minutes from me. + Show Spoiler +

Hard stuff, I'm going to suggest Chenonceau :

When I was 12 or 13 my Oma brought me to Germany and we went on a Rhine Cruise on which we got to see some 15-20 different castles, the one that stood out for me the most was Pfalzgrafenstein Castle
+ Show Spoiler +
However we didn't get to enter any of the castles on that particular cruise we did get to tour the grounds of Sanssouci
+ Show Spoiler +
Though technically not a Castle we also walked up the 600+ winding steps of the Kölner Dom towers which was one of the more memorable parts of the trip besides seeing the Brandenburg Gate, and the remains of the Berlin Wall.

And now for some Canadian content, Toronto's ancient Casa Loma
Thanks for the blog! Castles are Cool!

These look great! They remind me of the cartoonish castles of DisneyLand in Orlando, Florida. As a teenager I would go there on family trips.
Sleeping Beauty Castle Disneyland

Stafford Castle is beautiful, even though I've never been there. I was big in the Stronghold map making community, so yeah, I like castles.
