Hey everyone, we just finished episode 2 of the Archon Super Series and to be honest we are a little disappointed with how it turned out.
Things we didn't like
1. We still don't have enough viewer participation to keep interest in the event. As much as we like seeing SGTK + The Templar play, it gets a bit rough when they have to lose to a pro for 2 hours straight.
2. Until the morning of the event we though PartinG had abandoned the event so it was difficult to do promotional things/build hype. It was also really stressful because we had to try and find a replacement pro with only a few days notice, during WCS qualifiers...it was a rough few days full of "maybe" and "no"
3. Parting is so fucking good that he just stomped over everyone. In EP.1 with SuperNova people were able to do some neat plays and almost take a game off him but Parting kind of just made units, walked them over and GG
4. We actually had a net loss of twitch followers because of the poor quality of the show. We were hoping that having a big name such as PartinG on the show would really boost our viewer count and exposure but it really didn't do that at all. It felt like we took a good opportunity and wasted it.
Things we liked
1. Proxy battlecruiser was a thing that happened. It didn't win the game but it was awesome. 10/10 would watch again
2. Being forced to try and get replacement pros has encouraged us to make more connections in the SC2 pro scene. We have a few more pros who are lined up to play in future episodes.
3. PartinG has agreed to return for a later episode, hopefully the next one will be better than the first.
4. We spent some time learning GIMP and had a friend help us with Photoshop, so the quality of overlays was much better for this episode.
The Future
We want to find out what you would like from us in the future. No matter what we will be doing occasional streams of our gameplay but in terms of events we were having a hard time deciding what to do

Yes, poor The Templar and SGTK. PartinG called them noobs over and over and kept BM-leaving 
And battlecruiser rush is legit.

So legit, if you still had a base and your scv transfer wasnt intercepted that BC was going to repair you to victory
BTW Susan is a little offended that you didnt like her cat picture on twitter

Okay step 1 is more bacon pictures and stories.
As for not hearing about the series, yeah that's a serious issue we have. We're relatively new (only 2 episodes so far) so I guess it's to be expected but its been difficult to get the message out to people who care, and especially hard to get people to care for long enough to actually show up and play in it.

i think you are doing a good job with the event but as MysteryMeat1 said you need more advertisement (I find it because i was looking for specific archoon mode gameplays in youtube). you tell us that you have been making contacs so maybe you can count with a diferent famous caster (such as husky, Day 9, Apollo, Total biscuit, ...) in each event and they advertise the event and your youtube channel in their youtube channel. I think this way you will get a lot more of participation and viewers.

Thanks for the support  as for advertising, yeah that is an important aspect of the show that we haven't yet gotten to work. One strategy we were using to try and attract big name casters to the event was inviting them personally to play with a teammate against our pros. For example, we were able to make contact with Artosis hoping that he could come on with Tasteless to play in an episode but he was not interested.
On the note of advertising, we absolutely love working with ROOT players because their team Twitter account consistently has been helping us with event promotion. It's a nice touch that really encourages us to work with them in the future.
We would love to get JD and TLO on the show too. They both have open invitations to the program (as well as everyone on liquid/eg) but we are always at the mercy of what the pros want to do.
On the note of future players though, we have some very big announcements for future events. I won't spoil the surprise but it will be good!

It looks like you are on top of everything. Btw you shoud also make links between your youtube channel, twitter and twich tv acounts so is easier for us to move around your information channels. And a lot of streamers whenever they are going to stream they upload a video on youtube informing about it just before starting their stream so the subscribers that dont know the timing of the stream or just simply forget about it and are digging around go and wacht it live.

That youtube announcement is a good idea, we don't have many youtube subscribers but anything helps. We are also thinking of making a dedicated website to consolidate all of our info but that would not be happening too soon
