i went to the gym on monday after almost a month off, i did my shit and trained some bjj, everything nice, went back home, ate and slept like a baby.
Tuesday afertoon i knew i was getting sick, by the night i wasnt human, i was a piece of shit on a bed, i took a lot of medicine that did nothing. Wed- Fri were the worst nights i have had in a long time (physically speaking), my headache hadnt stopped in a full day, the son of a bitch was still there and going strong, i didnt want to eat cause i felt i was going to throw up anything i put in my stomach and all i could smell was my body rotting insisde my clothes, what a disgustting smell fuck! sweating like a pig in winter. Im sure i was swaeting all the medicine i was taking, i feel sick just remembering that smell. i couldnt sleep right those days, i couldnt breath, my head hurt, my body hurt because of the monday gym (doms + being sick gg no re) and i had like these micro sleeps and all i could picture was mech TvP over and over again, fucking chargelots destroying my tank line with a a-click.
Saturday came and i got better. my head was still a mess but at least i could sleep,
Sunday my eyes still hurt though i dont know why. i feel i have some delay in my brain but i can go out.
tl:dr: super sick for almost a week, like a 6 days hangover fml

The most sick I've ever been was the flu. I had a 106 F fever (41.1 C for you metric system people) and tamaflu made me shit my brains out. I was starving all the fucking time when my fever would subside from the advil, and when my fever came back I would have zero appetite and starve in my bed while I shivered. It was the worst experience I've had.
5/5 for shitty experiences while being sick (and thinking that plates were in kg when they were in lbs  )

i feel like the sickness should overwhelm the doms so you barely notice it.
plus you aren't moving that much when you're sick right

Was exactly one year ago, I was sick as a horse.
I had some kind of flu virus which basically prevented me from going up from bed, I had such a high fever that I barely could stay awake, when I was awake I hallucinated and I actually did not know if I was awake or dreaming. I was sick the entire week and I remember nothing from it afterwards.
