Casting
Bitterdam:
No doubt a fantastic caster duo they have the knowledge, the energy, and the jokes and are just overall really enjoyable.
Gowser & Gretorp aka the knowledge duo:
Both Gowser and Gretorp bring great knowledge to the casting table however I think their weakness is their synergy, I feel putting Gretorp in as the third wheel to either pair with Rotterdam or MrBitter so things can be switched up a bit, Gowser would fit more so into an Analysis desk roll, ideally it could be 2 casting pairs + analysis desk but that may not be possible.
Scheduling:
I believe this to be a major weakpoint in NASL's production, groups being released extremely late(to the public) and sometimes late to the players, players not being informed of their matches, and players that are supposed to be picked up but were picked late and had to contact NASL staff over twitter to contact the driver(this only happening once afaik but still)
Filler Content:
The filler content was alright however I think more stuff could be pre-recorded and used in between breaks, I know this is about manpower but striving to be better is always good.
Observer:
So a dedicated observer is basically mandatory these days, NASL did not have a dedicated OBS, the casters were doing the observing themselves which should not happen in any case no matter how good the caster/observer as it detracts attention from both and can lead to a worse production.
+ Show Spoiler +
Rotterdam kindly told me over twitter though they will be looking into getting one for next year so worry not!
Summary:
Overall NASL did a good job but I know they can do much better and I hope to see what they can do next year! If you felt I missed anything please let me know also feel free to share any thoughts you had on WCS AM S3!
