Even just writing them and not posting should be beneficial. Also, I'd recommend seeing a therapist. They're very useful although you're probably very aware of all that. | ||

Keep trying as hard as you can, you will eventually catch a break. You seem a very strong person, you have bounced back before like you said, you just need to keep on top of the demons inside your head. If you don't want to seek help then you can try and get yourself locked onto something else that you can occupy yourself/give yourself some meaning. From anything from work to fitness/health. Try and keep yourself occupied and try and map out what you want to do in life. Hell it might be the extreme that you need to move away and start over in fresh country! Just don't waste your life  It's only short as it is! | ||
