Dear Starcrafters,
so a couple of days ago I had an idea, then decided to creat the site yesterday and here we are one day later: The nuke has been launched and a scan revealed that we are online. Don’t worry, I won’t write like this the whole time but because it’s a special occasion I just wanted to make sure to give you a short starcraft’ish summary about the story behind this site.
What you can expect
Overall the idea was to create a place where I can write about certain stuff (mostly gamedesign, strategies) regarding Starcraft 2 – BUT! this doesn’t exclude writing about other more “fluffy” considered stuff regarding the game totally. It just means that my main focus will be on these kind of things. On the other hand I want to give guys who are interested in the game a place where they can read thought out structured texts about the game from time to time. Everyone is welcome to give constructive feedback in the comments – even the haters (in all honesty).
Besides from that I will provide and explain builds for certain matchups from time to time. Why? Because I like to help out other players and it’s in my nature to help out the weak ones and make them rise above their limits. Please consider here that I am not the worlds best player with every race in the game so if I explain a terran build for example I might miss a couple notable things or stuff that just hardcounters them. But I will still try my best to explain as much as I can.
Thoughts/Fears
I love the Starcraft community but at the same time I know that it can be a rough and unforgiving environment sometimes, because of this I really hope people will always keep in mind how much time I sacrifice into this and other projects as well – not because i make money out of it – but because I like to give something back. I hope you guys enjoy what I try here with this website and spread the word for me. It’s always more fun to do something if people recognize what you do, right?
So let’s rock this place and I’ll try to breathe as much life into this page as I can while hoping you guys enjoy it as much as I already do.

A thing i'd like to add: The reasoning behind me moving on a seperate site was because i kinda had the feeling that everything i could do here had the dimension of basically a forum post. The lack of formatting-options in posts also supported this impression unfortunately.
Also i think the layout the site has now is more reader friendly and reader friendlyness should be the main focus for a blog i think.
