I could arrange to see the younger girl outside of work but like I said she is very judgmental and probably won't like it if I'm wearing heels because it's not a very manly thing to do. I say go for the younger girl. All you really need to do is step your game up a little, let her in on some of your secrets and insecurities, and maybe she'll stop judging you or get over it. It might even be a good thing that she's judging you. Maybe she'll succeed in her attempt to "change" you into the kind of man she thinks about every night. Never know.
