Dota 2 Bug (?), Please Help!

I posted this earlier in the simple questions, simple answers thread of the Tech Support section, but knowing little about computers besides the fact they allow me to write papers, browse the internet, and play games, it might not be a simple answer and I don't know if it's worthy of an entire thread. So it ends up in blogs

I just started playing Dota 2 and I'm loving it thus far. I've been getting these graphics problems that I can't seem to fix. Spoilered the image.

Has this happened to anyone before? I've restarted my computer and reinstalled Dota 2 already. Thoughts?

EDIT: The issue has been resolved due to a driver gone bad. A nice fellow in the Simple Questions thread helped me out. Thanks for the input!

Obviously a graphic card's bug. Happens all the time when your graphic's cards is getting fried up. There's no solution but to buy another one.

Yeah that looks like a bug valve would have a hard time, if not impossible time trying to reproduce (meaning it won't be fixed). It's quite probable that is a hardware issue, and it might help sending an email to technical support of the graphics card manufacturer.

yeah people are quick to jump on overheating gpus but this is mroe often than not a driver bug.

The error in the image shown makes me think of a time many years ago when I tried to overclock my first graphics card. I succeeded somewhat eventually, but I was so ignorant of overheating that the initial result was something similar to the problem that you're having. Artifacts can form on screen when your graphics card overheats or perhaps if there is a clash between the game and your driver. I guess it is the latter since you're probably having no issues with other games.
