Just to make sure we're on the same page here, what happens when I enter that mind state is all higher thought shuts down and my body almost becomes a machine, performing tasks without even thinking about what I'm doing. By the way, what I mean by answer B is that your mind enters a state of... pure logic I guess? You feel tons smarter and free yourself from all those pesky emotions that bog down your mind and lead to irrational decision-making. It could also be described as hyper-focusing because you can perform tasks with a degree of efficiency that is impossible to match in other mental states. Boredom never slows you down, emotions never damage your decision making, your mind never wanders, etc. etc. Basically you become a borg.

@AnachronisticAnarchy: How do you get into borg mode exactly? I seem to be that way already except for the boredom and wandering mind part.

The definition of how hard is challenging depends on your skill, of course. It also helps to remove distractions, have interest in the activity, etc. Unfortunately I don't have any other ideas for how to achieve this state. As someone with ADHD, it happens to me a lot (difficulty switching attention), and I never really tried to find a way to get into the state at will. @AnachronisticAnarchy: How do you get into borg mode exactly? I seem to be that way already except for the boredom and wandering mind part. It just randomly happened one time. Unfortunately, I snapped out of it when I realized that I had suddenly fulfilled my dream of achieving mental perfection and began freaking out.
