That’s right everybody. If you love starcraft then grab your kegs and get geared up. I’m bringing a new level of casting to the scene! Every Tuesday I will go on air and challenge all viewers to a gauntlet of drinking challenges. It will be VIEWERS vs the Caster!!!!! Here’s your chance to get me wasted and take advantage of me.
How it works:
1. Before I start a replay I will announce the players and race coming up. The viewers in chat will then have to make a decision on which player/race they would like to have represent them in the game.
2. There will be a list of drinking bets I will list and display before the match starts
3. Should one of the bets go in my favor the viewer’s participating must drink, therefore resulting in anger mob chatter and madness alike.
4. Should a bet go in your favor I must take a drink resulting in slurred casting and offensive behavior.
An example of a drinking bets list:
1. Which player expands first? Take a sip
2. Which player maxes their army first? Take a sip
3. Which player gets +3 weapon upgrade? Take a sip
4. Which player wins? Take a shot
TvT Mirror matchup?
1. Which player researches siege mode first?
2. Which player goes starport first?
3. Who loses 5 scvs to vultures first?
This list is going to grow a lot obviously and I’m holding back my better ideas but this is a start. Feel free to contribute your own in the replies below.
Note: This blog is intended to see how many people would be interested in engaging in the drinking festivities.

ummm, what timezone would this be at? cause I wouldn't drink if it's at like 10 am for me ^^

Reminds me of the "Friday Highday" we did back in highschool - meet up friday night and get stoned as fuck in our school gym (mates dad was a teacher.)

This would be awesome if we all had the same time zone. And didn't have to work the next day I would totally be in if that was the case. Would be 3am for me on a Wednesday morning soooooo, I'm sorry. Really great idea though!

The testrun last week was successful in its own way! 
Its 3 am for me and a few hours later i have to drive to work so i cant drink but i will be there and act as the only sane person then. ^^

I can move the time 5pm if the interest rest in Europe. I don't give a shit when I drink lol. It would just count out a lot of USA.
Also if there is a better week day then I will go with that. Names can change Sicion is there a day you don't work?

According to the Swedish National Food Administration, consuming alcohol on weekdays, binge-drinking and drinking alone are all warning signs for alcoholism. I tend to do the opposite of what they recommend (I'm still a rebellious teenager at heart), which makes your suggestion doubly attractive. So, assuming I don't have to work the Wednesday morning shift, I'd be down for this
We need some more good ideas for bets though, so here are some off the top of my head (some of which might be badly worded):
Which player gets a unit stuck behind his own wall/blocked by some of his other units first? (doesn't work as well if 1 of the players is Zerg)
Which player gets supply blocked first? Take a sip
Alternatively, how early/at what supply count does the first supply block occur? Take a shot
Which player scores the first kill on an enemy worker? Take a generous sip here, and keep in mind that scouting workers also count!
Which player starts BMing? Take a shot! (BM: including, but not limited to: insulting the other player, the players mother or Bisu in chat, placing manner-CC/Nexus/Hives, teching to BCs, nukes, mind control, etc, etc)
Which ties in to my next suggestion:
PvP
First player to manner pylon and/or gas steal? Sip if only one of those happens, take a shot if both of them happen
First player to successfully storm/reaver/DT drop?
First player to fail at a storm/reaver/DT drop?
TvT
First player to attack? Empty the bottle while you still have time! (or take a sip)
First player to get vultures in the opponents mineral line? (this would also work well in TvP)
ZvZ
I dunno. Maybe something about one player missing vollies with his mutas? I'm not sure.
So that got longer than planned... I actually have to go to bed, but I'll look forward to this either the next week or the one after that

Edit: Manner-hives? I'm not drunk so there really isn't an excuse for that typo. Although if you manage to build a manner hive everyone should just have to toast whatever player pulled that off and then finish the rest of our drinks

Monday next week is official holiday in germany so i have time on sunday. The week after that there is another one on thursday (30.5).So i could particpate the day before too regardless of time but in general only on friday and saturday for me.
Boozeday doesnt have to be every week in my opinion. I think once a month for example the first saturday would be enough.
So it can be something special to look foreward to and so we are not wasted every week! :D

I agree with this. It's just that "Boozeday Tuesday" doesn't make much sense if the day is changed to Saturday :p
So the difficult question here is: does anything alcohol-related rhyme with Saturday?
