Roll20 sucks so much. Why Can't I get it to play my own music, and if I want to add parts of a pdf I need to screenshot them, copy them in paint to save them seperately, then upload them. n_n

sorry i missed meeting, i've got some neurological deficiencies which have in part affected my long term memory. I'd established the date a few weeks before as being "far away" and so forgot about it completely. your guys' backstories were much less convenient than mine, so i'm gonna make my character more of a character, but the premise still stands that I'm a research droid. any idle suggestion are useful

Well, if you are looking for a way into the party, I would definitively buy a research droid for all of my credits, and then could be easily tricked into removing the slave bolt.

Ok, so i have spent a bit of time thinking, specifically why i would actually want to buy a droid. (Btw, if you want this you should come up with a reason why you are as cheap as 450 creds). And what i have come up with is the largest amount of awesome in the history of ...basically anything.

Gerridup & Gang, Midnight Mafia Mania, the new show on Narshaddaah Radio Ultra.

We crime this place up to the max, with genius plans like Grand Theft Podracer. (We were gonna do that anyways, so no change in plan there). BUT. We film the whole thing. And then turn it into a holoshow and sell it to a network for millions of credits.

And that's why we need a droid, because none of you fools is capable of video editing. And even if that droid can't do it, the guy selling him probably still told me he could.

So someone quit and I have to cover for their shifts on sunday mornings; I'm not sure how long this will be the case, it really depends on how long it takes corporate to get someone to replace that guy.

well i'm a pretty old as balls droid and it's been a reeeaaaly long time since i've gotten a wipe, that's my license to be as crazy as i want. i decided to be a medium bipedal droid instead of a floating size class small droid. i've been distracted, not had much time to immerse myself in details, sorry. but basically i've been an assistant to several prominent scientists, and a scientific adviser to esteemed and questionable individuals alike, always managing to gtfo before they can wipe my memory–which i decided i have a glitch or something that makes me paranoid of memory wipes. at this point I'm built of mismatched scrapped parts, but my head (assumed main processor) is clearly an expensive piece of equipment. 'Well read' in the physical sciences, being my expertise, i've also developed a personal understanding of political sciences, due to exposure with people of influence, that's aided me in predicting when my usefulness might become secondary–when a wipe might be suspected. Computer skills are granted. idk about this "video editing" of which you speak, sounds more like jedi magic–which my character knows very little about for all his 416 years (since last wipe). oh yeah: DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE A WEAPON

So, if Jack has to work Sunday mornings, should we think about switching back to Saturday for a while or would that interfere with someone else (IIRC Sven has something on the eitehr first or last Saturday of the month)?

Also, Lucas, could you send me the rule-bbok again, I tried to get it from the conv, but that didn't seem to work.

I am generally opposed to Saturdays to be honest. Because of the fact that we have been playing every Sunday, i have put all of my other weekend-plans onto saturdays. At the moment, i will be able to play some Saturdays (For example today, but that i doubt our americans will even notice this in time).

Next week is complicated because my father and my brother will visit me, so i definitively won't be able to play on Saturday, and i am not even sure how well Sunday will work out because i don't know when they are planning to take the train back. But Sunday should probably work out, just not 100%. Afterwards it becomes muddy rather quickly.

I can do any day on the weekends, but the week is never going to work ever. Maybe on fridays in the small or long hours, but i still have a class midday. Jack and I already went over character creation, so I think i know what I'm doing. if there's some specific stuff you think is important that you want to go over we can discuss it over skype or something

reading through the feats, i realize i'm probably going to have to use a weapon. which isn't very interesting. i can focus on restraint and precision and just avoid conflict as much as possible. my first feat is dodge–the only noncombat feat. droids have classes, btw. i'm a noble and i'm going down the lineage tree. I can't figure out how HP works with droids, it isn't clearly explained or at least i couldn't find it. there are a few other things i don't know about that we should go over at the beginning or before the meeting

i guess have a heuristics processor, so even if i disregarded that my class gave me weapon proficiency, i'd still be able to use weapons
