I didn't realize how many people were allergic to banana until I made this recipe :0 This has been a super common question!
Canned pureed pumpkin can be used to substitute banana. It has pretty close consistency to mashed bananas. Pureed pumpkin isn't as sweet as bananas, so you might have to add a little honey to the mixture.
