edit: sorry, not trying to be callous. That's terrifying. My cousin works at a different lone star campus and I was pretty worried for a minute edit: but the point is, this is one of those things that is hard to judge using your brain's normal danger heuristics. | ||

I am not afraid to go out or anything, it is just hard to believe that I wouldve been in the same room if I had stayed, on top of the thing that happened on Thursday. I seem to be surrounded by a magnetic field which attracts only cars. Staplers and tinfoil don't seem to go for me, but cars, they can't get enough of me. I seem to narrowly avoid a collision on a weekly basis. It would be at this opportunity that I would back up my driving skills...but I am a pedestrian! I do know how to drive, and what the highway code is. Somehow the drivers I meet don't know what a pedestrian crossing is, or what their indicators mean.
