You could for example get a Roku which is great for streaming online content from Netflix, Hulu, Vudu and Amazon. http://www.roku.com/ | ||

2. if your laptop screen is mirrored with your hdtv and it is not 1080p, you'll have some issues. Use split screen or have your laptop image disabled while displaying on the tv. 3. i believe on services like this, the application automatically scans to see if your hardware can handle hdtv. So maybe your internet isn't capable either. What do you mean by it doesn't say it's compatible? Do you actually get an error saying this? | ||

Especially on Hulu, reason being is that they have specific contracts for specific devices and the more devices they want to be able to stream the show too the higher royalty fees they have to pay. | ||

There's a small popup that says cannot stream HD, needs compatible devices like Roku, blahblabhh. Maybe it is my laptop. I'll try out my other laptop when I'm home. | ||
