Either after a single (sub)exercice, or after a certain timeframe (20-30min). You can study with friends / fellow students as well, might help you to stay more focused. | ||

Step 2: Recognize when you're procrastinating. Step 3: Watch any of a series of inspirational/ motivational clips. Turning up the volume helps for this. Step 4: Realize that you need to get your work done and whining about it or putting it off until the last minute isn't helping the situation at all. Step 5: Get it done. gg no re. My solution was extreme but effective: you pack some snacks every morning, go to classes, and then you don't go home: you trap yourself in the student library, away from the comp lab. You know, that floor that basically only has tables and books. I would sometimes spend 13 hours on campus; 9 hours in the library alone. It was hard at first, but I got a lot of crap done, and eventually graduated. I know in my heart that the very INSTANT I step back into my apartment, no textbook will be opened, so I just stopped going home sometimes lol | ||
