I see what rocket salad is, but can you please explain to me why you call it rocket salad? Also, not enough carbohydrates to actually be considered a manly diet.

This is still girly :p You are too fond of fruits and rocket salad (you put this on everything for some reason, I'm surprised you didn't have it as a snack or put some in your espresso). Do you exercise a lot, because I think I'd be hungry if I followed your diet.

I expected something different when I read "eating like a man now" still looks girlie to me or something you would cook to impress your date.

You mentioned training, do you weight lift? Are you trying to gain muscle mass? (it appears so if you are taking a protein shake). If thats the case, then from what I see you are definitely not hitting the protein / carb levels you need to gain muscle mass. General rule of thumb is to intake slightly more protein than your current body weight, same goes for carbs (unless you are cutting). You should also be hitting a high number of clean calories.

When you said a manly diet I was expecting a lot more meat and less salad and fruit that what you have there But this is still much more mainly that what you had before

He is from sweden so he uses kg, so body weight x2 is generally the recommended amount of proteins (I've read studies that indicates 1.38 x kg bodyweight being the optimum intake and more protein doesn't effect muscle gains (ofc depending on body composition), but it can't hurt to eat a little extra to be safe). The rest is pretty spot on, and even if you aren't trying to build muscle carbs are vital for your bodys recovery from exercise.
