I know i'm not the only one that feels a bit depressed regularly on sunday nights.
Even when I'm really tired, maybe even more then, I just can't fall asleep. Any other day it takes me like 5 minutes max but on sundays it's more anywhere between one and two hours. During this prolonged idle time (the only one each week), you start to think of everything and anything. Usually I end up thinking silly things, suicide even, nothing positive really.
So what about you? Do you have depression-ish moments on sunday nights? How do you cope with it?

The other side responds that it's an unique chance to speak with Sundance. Everyone could just agree that the show was bad. JP said "fuck you, I did my best and you're ungrateful", when he could have realised that this "best" was not good. Haters are hating and seeing a big conspiracy where JP and MLG are taking over SOTG for their own good (guess who started this bloody show in the first place...).

- On a more general point, I'm thinking about not reading the forums anymore. It's so often people randomly hating on something or someone, despising anyone with a different opinion. More often than not, those people with a different opinion are just as crazy/dumb. Anyone staying in the middle with a bit of reason is just ignored. I stopped going to big forums for this reason like 5 years ago. Then there was TL that got me back in it. It seems like sub-forums are a good place to be though, in fact I like the Diablo 3 one.

Wouldn't necessarily say I get depressed, but it's a bummer to think that I have to work tomorrow and start the work week.

It might help to think about things you have to look forward to prior to next weekend. If you don't have any, you should make an effort to make it so.
The 'racing' of your thoughts when you are trying to get to bed on Sunday night doesn't really help either... it's hard to tell yourself not to think. If you don't feel like you have a chance of sleeping, maybe get up for a little while and do something calm in a dimly lit room for a while.
Unless you aren't concerned about the lack of sleep, in which case you don't have to do that.

Mondays are the worst for me, sundays I can handle ok.
Mondays sometimes I wanna just give up on the shit I'm doing and go home and pass out.

Some forms of depression are stronger during night than during the day (google night depression).
Dont know why it materializes for you only on sundays.
You can try using some daylight bulbs in your lamps.

Sundays are my think-too-much days. Lots of time to think, so I think about everything. I'm not an emotional person generally, but if I do get emotional I do it on Sundays.

I usually feel depressed every night of the week, and since I'm not in school anymore there's not much differentiating the days. During the night I keep pushing towards the morning hours for some reason, I really don't know why. It's like I want to reach that bliss point where my mind stops working against me.

Agreed. Sundays are generally depressing because of the idea of starting the school and work week all over again. But then again, Fridays and Saturdays are the best so I guess it's just give and take.

If I hadn't started watching Game of Thrones recently and Diablo 3 wasn't coming out this week my Sunday nights would be depressing. I also really like American Pickers and Pawn Stars which come on Monday nights which I look forward to.
I do know what you mean though, thinking of another work week ahead can get me down from time to time. Usually I have something positive to think about though. For instance, I recently started a diet (couple months back) and I'm doing well and it feels great. I find myself thinking about the progress I've made and will continue to make and it makes me happy.
I think you just need something, anything to feel good about. Whether it be a TV show that comes on Sunday nights that you enjoy or whatever it may be. I also have a few things throughout the week I look forward to and it keeps me focused on what's ahead - the good things ahead. I like watching Inside the Game, State of the Game, Kings of Tin, and Live on three. There are always things you can look forward to if you really think about it and focus on it.

I look forward to Monday's. Catch up on One Piece, watching shows on History Channel same as user above. For me Tuesday is a rather drab and depressing day.

Sunday is definitely a weird day that I've come to not enjoy...working on sundays is by far the most tedious period...

Sunday is associated with church and I don't like church or religion. Hate it actually. If I can forget that it's Sunday and pretend that it's just another day, then I'm fine. Strangely, I feel more depressed tonight than I have in a while and it happens to be a Sunday. I'm not sure if it being Sunday has anything to do with it or not.

I used to get depressed knowing that my weekend was over and that a long week laid ahead, but not anymore. I think its something I just learned to come to terms with. I guess basically, have goals set for yourself and something to look forward to like other people have said. Keeping busy and having something optimistic to think about will help keep that depression away. I think its good to have some time to think about life every once in a while and to evaluate yourself and others around, but maybe sunday nights aren't the best time for it. Maybe try to find something to do sunday nights so you fall asleep more easily thinking about something positive. For example, playing a few games of Starcraft and getting frustrated with your gameplay will help you think about Starcraft before going to bed and not depressing thoughts.

The way I feel on Sundays wholly depends on how productive I felt throughout the weekend/Sunday itself, so really it's like any other day. It's also nice to have a day at the end to make on big push on stuff I'm behind on. IDK, I'm weird like that, I don't tend to party/unwind as much as most other people seem to on weekends/Sunday.

I wouldn't say I'm feeling depressed, but tonight I just don't feel like doing anything.
I want to go hang with some friends, but I don't really feel like it. Meh, we'll see.

Therefore I feel fantastic on sundays ^_^

It's not like any other day, but also not so bad to be depressed or anything like it. Mondays are not (usually) a bad day for me at all.
I also have the thing you mention about having trouble to sleep on Sundays sometimes, but I guess it's because sometimes I oversleep on the weekend to compensate for the lack of sleep in the week. I also go to bed super late on weekends, so my bio clock gets all messed up sometimes.
