Hi I am Nick (Fuzzy) Degtiarev I am a 19year old grandmaster Zerg from Toronto, Ontario. I'm taking a year off from school in an attempt to making a living from Esports. I am currently on Complexity Academy.
Sc2 is my first RTS and I have been playing it for a little over a year, this is my 3rd season in GM and I'm hoping to break out into the pro scene with the upcoming tournaments (mlg invite only qualifier - spring arena #2 and spring championship).

If I had one criticism of your play, it would be that you are better than me, making it hard for me to discern suboptimal play in your replays.

nice, i watched your game vs idra and now vs tlo as i struggle with zvz at the moment. but i have a question: do you always hatch first, or only against names you know and assume they wont early pool? because a hatch first on cloud kingdom or shakuras (this probably not that much) seems very risky to me.

Last night IdrA 11 Overpooled quite a few times! But I guess with a really good micro like Fuzzy has, it can be defended.

In ladder I almost always hatch first simply because its a build im most comfy with, as far as tournament matches i wont always hatch first and my opening will depend on the map and round that I am playing in and how the previous rounds went.

Yeah what happened in VP was unfortunate because my initial goal was to join VP to get into the VP pro team, but it disbanded 2 days after i joined the team. I did enjoy the time I was on the team though :D

I know that the Netconnect on yonge st. has tournaments on the saturdays, and that DDE was there a couple times.

I am in Richmond hill which is right beside Toronto, i went to the netconnect tournament 2 times one had around 20-30 people show up the next one i went to got cancelled due to lack of people. If there is a guarantee for a tournament to happen at netconnect i will be there but the drive isn't worth it if its only 7 people

Well youre suppose to be allined when you go CC first to the gold.. xD but i wanted a good replay, it was good on this map because if you look at the positioning of the marines at the 3rd it was very hard to trade cost efficiently with banelings so he was trading armys better. As far as going pure bio when i offrace tvz that is what I do but i transition into tank marine medivac. This strat relies heavily on apm though so if you cannot macro and attack multiple locations constantly you shouldn't attempt it.

Is there a program that exists to add comments to replays? I know programs exist that tag replays, adding messages at the beginning/end...
I watched about half the replays so far, and I keep thinking that it would be amazing if you could add a few comments here and there, explaining your choices of tech, thinking process, surprises, etc.

Im pretty sure the only way to do that is if recorded it with audio on top which takes quite a bit of work. If you have questions about anything in the replays im happy to answer ^_^

I think mutas are still good but are harder to use because you have to do damage with them or they're not worth it. In zvp i have stopped going muta unless they take fast 3rd and i trade really good with an engagement

well my FPS got super bad when armys started going over 100 supply so i had to shut it down T_T i just did a huge scan on my PC and was hoping that it would speed up my PC to where i could stream at low quality but it didnt help
