I don't think you need to change anything, if you enjoy your life as it is right now, keep enjoying it. I enjoy the technological side of it, when I have to go outside and converse with people though..it feels like a chore. Those sound like fun. I wonder what having friends is like. They constantly tell you to do things that are probably not a good idea and they eat your food without asking. No good if you ask me. My one good friend though, she's pretty swell. Doesn't eat my food OR drink my liquor without asking.

I stopped reading at the part where you lied about sleep aids not working; unless you're not human, they fucking work on you. Period. Try the different chemical classes; try varying dosages. NO ONE is completely immune to benzodiazepines or most other hypnotics, what you're saying would be the equivalent to saying you're immune to heroin (in fact opioids are sometimes prescribed to people for sleeping aid purposes). Yah, no one is immune to heroin, just like how you're not immune to sleep aids.

Yah, no one is immune to heroin, just like how you're not immune to sleep aids. If you're going to insult at least think carefully before you speak. I haven't heard of anyone I know being prescribed benzodiazepines for Insomnia as the risk of addiction far outweighs the pros of using them. They were used in the past yes but newer forms have pretty much pushed Benzos out of the market due to the high risky for abuse. I've taken Lunesta and Ambien and neither worked very well for me. I never said they completely don't do shit for me so I suggest you read before you spew venom. Try trolling someone elses blog, or better yet just don't be a complete smart ass to people you don't know. Saying that a sleep aid like Lunesta works for everything is the most idiotic thing I've read today. Do your research before you talk out of your ass. Lunesta makes you fall asleep, it doesn't keep you asleep though. I'd take it, pass out and wake up periodically throughout the night which was worse than just not sleeping.

I don't say this to be rude, but you need a life. I felt the same way a couple of years ago, nothing was important. I didn't give a fuck about anything. Until i made myself care, I went back to school, got back to socialising, got a new girlfriend, new friends, and the motivation to create a better future for myself. EDIT: actually starcraft helped me on the way. I needed something to care about, starcraft was something I could learn and become good at. Something challenging.

You still care about your friends and relatives, want them to be happy, but you're too fucking lazy to do anything, you prefer to stay passive, and let everything flow on its own. You gotta stop this, change your mentality. My way of doing this is to improve my health, I want to be fit and active, build up self-confidence and make good impression, so that people start talking, trusting and listening to me. Then, its gonna be easier to socialize and so on. The thing is I'm not really like that. Not that there's anything wrong with it. I'm not lazy, I work hard 50+ hours a week. It's not that I'm lazy, I just don't think to even call anyone. It's not like I want to call or don't want to call, It just never even crosses my mind. My confidence is fine, If I feel like something needs to be said then I'll say it. I don't know, It's just kind of hard to explain I guess.

It doesn't necessarily need to be going to the gym but maybe you should set little goals for yourself for IRL; like you might do in StarCraft. Like maybe going to the gym once. Or going for a walk outside, just to be outside. Whatever you decide to do, you should come up with a plan and try and stick to it. Coming up with a few strats to help me sleep lead to the realignment of everything else in my life. Good luck man.

I don't want to devote too much time to you so I'll keep it short: 1. Anecdotal experience used in your argument. Strike 1. 2. Arguing semantics (not working ~= not really working). Strike 2. 3. Fabricating things I never said (saying that a sleep aid like Lunesta works for everything is the most idiotic...). Strike 3. You need more sleep. Too bad you can't get any. Edit: Here, an edit instead of a reply since you are so defensive and mad to the point of failing comprehension. After reading your reply below, I can only wish you the best of luck in life. I'd normally write something like "you'll need it" here but I genuinely feel sorry for you especially considering your condition, so here it is; good luck.

You need more sleep. Too bad you can't get any. You're a troll. You said sleep aids work for EVERYONE, I said the ones I've taken don't really do much for me. I elaborated by telling you what I've tried. how was I arguing semantics? Also, Anecdotal experience? go to any Medical office and ask if sleep aids work for everyone, also ask why they rarely prescribe Benzos anymore for Insomnia. Do your research before you criticize me. You have a superiority complex and quite frankly it's not an attractive feature in any human being. I suggest you take a dose modesty. Did you really feel like you needed to come into MY blog and be rude? Really?
