View from the oh so common train rides to Seoul and back to school.

Kimpitang! As well as chicken, but the chicken was weird. Kimpitang is like Kimchi, cheese and rice cake. It's really good. One of the many parties we had with the other foreigners and some Koreans. ^^

Park Min Soo. We called him Pat Bing Soo (a dessert) He's such a troll.

QT Seonmi.

My friend Andrew whom I went to GSLs with. He's a teacher. And that's Heather, an American student.
See that big plastic bottle that isn't Milkis? That's Soju. We had 2 of those that night... that's probably why I don't remember much of it... And yes that's Hot 6ix. Mix it with soju and you get Hot 6ex.

Inhwan. The Terran gosu. His nicknames are: Liberty Man, Joke Man, Serious Man... etc.

Clint, me, and the International office girls. They're cuties, so going to the office for stuff was never a problem.

One of our last days at the office.

Snowy campus! That's one of the dorms. That bridge is the English cafe which will be shown later.

The Nongshim International building... if you've eaten ramen bowls... they sponsored that building.

A different view. To the bottom left is a cafe, and near there was a convenience store. ON campus.
I bought many-a bread and ramen there.

View from the elevator. That's the library on the left.

There's my dorm on the left. 진리관 (Truth Hall)

The English Cafe. A place to learn/speak English, and enjoy free coffee/softdrinks/toast.

We had a party here too.

Different views of campus.

This is when the Study abroad director and his boss... took us out for kalbi. That's him on the left. He's soooo funny. Also, great to drink with.

And the lady on the far right is his boss. She paid for everything.

And there's the kalbi. It was orgasmic. We also had MANY glasses of somaek. (soju and beer)
It was required. I don't remember much of this night at all.

AND after we were already drunk, we went out to a bar to meet some other friends. Mika, and my roomie Jong-moo.

THAT's the chicken I miss. Soo good. We drank many more soju bottles.

This is my noona that took me to the SNSD fan meet. She's a cutie, and she's SUPER generous. I miss her. :[ I think this is when she took me out for jjajangmyun. She bought me a cake on my birthday. ^^

I'll have the final part up in a few days. I hope you guys are enjoying the pictures! :D

I'm thinking of going back after I graduate to teach English :3
That's really the only financially viable way I can return and stay for a decent amount of time.

It was hosted by my university, and you needed a 3.5 to apply.
I'm not sure if your university has a partnership with KU like mine did.

College degree usually. If you want to teach for a public school I think you need an English or Education degree. I know some people who teach that don't have college degrees though, so it varies. Basically the better your degree the more you get paid, the easier it is to find a position, and the more options you have.

Yes, you need to be a native speaker. You need to be from an English-speaking country and to have graduated an university where primary instruction is in English.

And is that very strict? What if i have english degree, and teaching license? Well atleast in my country you have to study 1 year after geting BA, aditionaly if you want to be a teacher, dunno if that counts in Korea

Yes, sorry. It's a requirement to get a visa from the government, so even if schools would want to hire you otherwise, you can't legally enter the country to teach english without those requirements.
