EPTI hope your New Year's Eve was a little more exciting than mine, I sadly spent all of it on a Cathay Pacific plane going to HK
. I missed the celebration in both NYC and in HK, but luckily enough for me the stewardesses were really cute and very generous with the amount of free alcohol they provided for me... Anyways, I am spending the semester abroad in Hong Kong (until May 23rd or so). The students I am travelling with are super chill and Hong Kong so far is just an amazing city. The food is ridiculously delicious, night life is superb, the girls are beautiful, and the beer is cheap (<$0.75 per beer..wtf HK are you serious?). Hong Kong is truly a unique fusion of eastern and western culture. There is always something to do and so much to learn.
I am still trying to get settled in and used to this new environment. Time is short, but I am slowly getting accustomed to the fast-paced lifestyle here. Streaming may potentially be an issue because of the slower internet connection. However, I already have a few solutions in mind. I am not worried in the slightest about that, and I expect my stream to be back up and running within a few days. It will be a real struggle to keep up training for SC2 and chess, streaming, studying for classes, working, and spending time with friends. Time management has never been my forte. Nevertheless, I am going to figure it out. I will find the right balance for everything.
Also I am also trying to secure an account on the Korean ladder. How sick would it be if I could practice there? The US ladder would seriously be a joke when I get back in 5-6 months
