Hey guys...

I have a account (my "official") in EU (sc2) and there, im in bronzeleauge, and i have another account in EU (sc2) where i play for fun, and there, im in platinumleauge, the wierd thing is that i technically always win in the platinum account against platinum and higher while in the bronze account, i still win, but wont get promoted..

Whats the problem im having and how do i "solve" it and get promoted? (have kindof 20+wins in a row in bronzeleauge account this season and the lase season) :O

You've most likely played a lot more games on your bronze league account. When you play a lot of games and go, say, 50/50 or a little under your mmr will start to stagnate. Say you play 1000 games winning exactly 50/50 of them and you go on a 20 game win streak at game 980-1000, your mmr will hardly raise at all. On the other hand if you create a new account and have only played 30 games and go on a 20 game win streak your mmr will shoot up drastically because it hasn't had time to stabalize.

Just keep playing a lot more. Play like 50+ games on the bronze league account and if you win all/most of them I'm sure you'll get promoted.

Play seriously on your Plat account and mess around in your bronze account. If you are plat even messing around you should do well against most people in bronze league, and after promotion you can switch back!

Just keep winning and playing games. Sometimes it takes a loss for you to be promoted after a streak.

Or you can just make your platinum account your new "official" account.

I second that. I also recommend you to read the Comprehensive ladder Guide. It's really helpful to understand the league and MMR system.

I would like to know what you did with the bronze account before? Any way you tried to get portraits? Or any other reason you're stuck in bronze?

i thought about making the platinum account my "official" account, but if i do that, I kind of feel sorry to my other account... you know, im a kinda "soft" person.. :S xD

You'll get promoted when you're at the right level. If you're losing then you're not at the right level.

so what these peopel are trying to say is that if you keep on winning on your bronze league account your mmr will keep on going up. However, it won't promote you because you have not stablized. (why promote if your just gonna get promoted again) so if you keep on winning once your ratio resumes a 50-50 or so then it will promote you. When it does it will probably promote you more than one league.

I noticed that at the start of a new season you get promoted to a higher leage if you mmr is truly one of a higher leage even is it has not stabilized, so you may get a promotion soon.
