I love receiving BM! It just means that I've really pissed the guy off and it makes me laugh that he's so angry that he has to write a tonne of shit to me, but is so afraid that he ignores first. Always gives me a good chuckle

It's intended to piss the person off even more that they can't respond. If it's done to me I'll log on a smurf and do it back. It's an absolute waste of time but it makes me feel better about a loss. Also, if you're patient and wait for him to finish his rant and don't ignore him back immediately, you can probably queue at the same time. I do it all the time.

I agree. I try not to let that stuff bother me, but in certain circumstances it's just infuriates me. Your idea for being able to message someone back who's messaged you recently would be nice, so I could point-out a few choice things in response to my aggressor.

It's the lamest thing a person can do because what's the point of insulting if you can't handle an insult yourself. Just says a lot about your character.
I often bm in games to the extreme, and people end up ignoring me then bming me back. I've had people message me for like 30 mins after a game.

I find the BM amusing, because they typically got their butts kicked by me and go on a massive losing streak.
As for the chat issues you have, it is a problem and an odd decision on Blizzard's part but it is pretty negligible.

I agree on both points.
I'm not exactly sure why Blizzard enabled the "Can't message player because you're not on his friend's list" option for everyone. It should honestly just be for people that would get a lot of messages aka gm players.
I honestly just want people to gg when I beat them on occasion. Every person leaves without saying anything.

honestly I used to get pissed about the same shit top. once you start getting high up on ladder you play a bunch of entitled fucktards who are usually the guys who pull the shit you describe. the solution is simply to blow off steam in another way (since you can't bm them back or explain why their balance complaints make 0 sense). all online gamers are used to the back and forth of shittalking and making it so you can't participate is annoying as fuck, but eventually you get used to it

Wait, so you're mad that when someone's an asshole to you they block communication with you so you can't be an asshole back to defend your honor? Yeah man, total bullshit. If you're so frustrated in losing that you feel the need to lash out verbally you should in fact be immediately berated by someone to make you feel even worse. In fact blizzard should set up a system where if they detect BM a giant popup appears in the middle of your screen that says "OH SHIT SON, SHIT JUST GOT REAL" and you have a rap battle to settle your grievances. Only way to be fair about BM imo.
