I always try to ignore them back asap if I feel it / get hit by the first message and figure out.
I can't do fuckall in actual text reply to them but denying them the satisfaction of safeguarded BM towards me kind of evens it out for me.

That is a special kind of sad, but I always put it them on ignore anyway. Give em a GG and a fat ignore. I figure they will see the ignore and be a lot more pissed than I am about seeing theirs that way.

Yup, this is pretty much SC2, i'm so tired of this after every game I just block communication with whoever I just played, so annoying when they message you either to gloat about how they won or complain about how OP your race is and how non-skilled you are. On top of that, while bming me they usually have me already on block so I can't do anything about it, might as well just block everyone. :3, not perfect but it's working out.

If people are doing just straight ladder. Trying to have an argument while playing in another game can cause one to lose said next game.

I just don't respond and ignore, doesn't bother me when people respond. They just make me laugh.

Being in high masters, whenever that happens to me, I just queue up quickly and often Ill get the same person again xD. There was this one time where it was even funnier cause I won the 2nd match by cheesing him and he couldn't even respond to me due to me blocking him back.

I can see how it would be annoying, but does it really matter ? I try to respond and if it doesnt work I just shrug and forget about it. And usually my response is something like "Ok" or "yea" to most kinds of BM, as cliche as it sounds Im pretty sure it 's pretty effective.

yeah i hate that, i just leave without a gg and afk or logout to do something else while i cool off.
also just block people who bm! on regular bnet servers you can add someone and use /f m but not on iccup

The purpose of post-game BM is to infuriate the other person. When you do it then block them, you do it under the assumption that it will piss them off even more than just saying it and letting them reply.
It's not about not being able to take the heat and being a coward. It's about pissing you off as much as possible.

A common (Chinese at least) saying is that the best way to deal with a mortal enemy is to take good care of yourself and outlive him/her.
Just have fun and out-play those BM people.
Or cheese them and give them a rage-induced heart-attack.
