Overall it's a decent effort, but I would not grade you higher than 50-60. The main problem is your composition, it sounds at times like you made the sections separately and did not think enough about how they interact with each other. Possibly you may have spent too much time inside the track, as compared looking at it from the outside.

Also listen to the people telling you not to use stereo panning -- it's bad style.

Your track accomplishes great melodies that I think is often missed in modern dance, im fairly new to genre. This track has alot of substance I love it.
