 ) Often when I have it's insomnia it is because my mind won't slow down. Counting gives me something to occupy my mind that is boring. I've just gotten in the habit of counting every time I lay down to sleep just to reinforce it. Usually I'm gone before I reach 500. Last night I actually made it past 1000 for the first time in ages. | ||
